Boho Sally is a small New Zealand business and our aim is to have satisfied happy customers. We will endeavor to provide a high level of customer service.
Postage and packaging
For all all orders $90 and over we offer free shipping on Urban addresses with in New Zealand. We acknowlege that Rural courier charges remain but as we are a small NZ business we cannot carry these extra costs, Rural customers have the option of using an alternative urban address for delivery . Orders under $90 we charge $5 urban courier and $7.00 rural courier. All orders will be shipped the next working day unless you have contacted me and placed a personalised order. Our courier says urban deliveries take 2-4 days and rural delivery 4-7 days. Please note these times may very due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances. However we here at Boho Sally will make every effort to get your order to you as possible for your shopping convenience. Apologies for the increase in delivery rates as we adjust to the rising postal costs.
Cancellation
If for some reason you purchased an item by mistake or select the wrong item please notify me within an hour of the purchase so that I can alter the purchase accordingly. This maybe changing your order or refunding your payment.
Returns/ Exchanges

Because Boho Sally provides jewellery items that are worn on the body for hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges of our items.

We pride ourselves on our products and that they are of a high quality when they are shipped, however if an item you have purchased from us has arrived and is damaged in transit please contact us on the day of delivery so I can resolve the issue asap.
